Every bulleted list in a new document has big bullets instead of normal sized
bullets, since I have become the attached file from a friend and since I have
used grafical bullets for lists at one time.

Uninstall, deletion of all profile information and new install of OOo have no
effects.

Reproducable at the friend's OOo 2.0.2.

It's frustrating to manually change bulleted lists at all times.

Addition: This issue occurs with creating bulleted lists with the button
"bullets" in the "Bullets and Numbering" toolbar.

The change of the bullet symbols is intended. See  Issue 42357 and specification
http://specs.openoffice.org/writer/numbering/NumberingBullet1.sxw.

Reopened issue. After recorresponding with the submitter, I now exactly know
what this issue should be about.

MRU->FL: this is a good thing, we should really consider. In old documents (sxw,
sdw) we should have a compatibility flag so that the small bullets will be used
as default (via button).

FL->MRU: The behavior to keep the old, small bullets in old documents was
intended all the time. See section 7.10 of the Numbering 1 spec.:

Seems that we should change this for a product update. I will add an example to
the Num 1 spec., so that this becomes clearer. Furthermore I set type of this
issue to defect.

Maybe it is a better idea to always use the bullet set used before in the
document by default. Is this possible? This would be a solution regardless which
version has been used to create the document. What's about a PU target for this fix?
